Hutchison 3G UK Ltd (Three UK) is a British telecommunications and internet service provider currently based in Reading, England. Three is the fourth-largest mobile network operator in the United Kingdom, with about 9.5 million subscribers as of 2021.

THE CHALLENGE

To create a store locator to allow customers find their local store and whats available to them.

HOW WE DID IT

To understand what customers wanted from their local store was important within our research. 'Why do customers go to the store", Why do customers go to store rather than self serve or call'? We conducted  guerilla testing in store and gathered research around customers behaviour and needs. From the learning we created a prototype and returned to the store and tested with over 30 people. Confident with our approach I worked with internal development teams on building the solution.

THE OUTCOME

Through quick and effective research methods we designed a customer focussed store locator. The store locator had features like travel details, store specials, product information, etc. It improved the experience the customers visiting store.
